Most reviews are tosh. Marketing BS. Many are written by robots or are bought in and simply calculated to deceive shoppers. But some reviews are genuine and these can be very useful to both consumers and service providers alike.
But it's a minefield out there. Which reviews can you actually trust?

The feedback our customers have provided has been incredibly useful to us over the years, guiding us toward a service that provides total satisfaction.
Feefo also collect specific feedback on our products and we are pleased to say that they have continued to generate a satisfaction ratings of 98% over the past year.

We have been using independent reviews moderator services since 2011 when we discovered that all reviews are not the same. Feefo guarantees that our almost unbelievably good feedback score is actually credible.
We achieve this by constantly listening to our customers and by our customer service department diligently delivering just that - good old-fashioned service.
What makes Feefo feedback credible?
- As a merchant we have no control over the feedback Feefo collects from our customers (although we do have a right of reply).
- Uniquely as far as we know, Feefo prevents consumers from writing reviews without first verifying they originate from a genuine transaction.
- This makes it almost impossible to for anyone to create fake reviews and impossible for a merchant to take down a genuine negative review.
Not just a flash in the pan
We have been working with Feefo since 2012 (a long time in internet terms) and have been benefiting from the feedback they collect for us ever since. We won our first Gold award in 2015 and haven't looked back. In 2019 Feefo started awarding 'Platinum' awards for consistently delivering excellence and we have scooped them all - so far...
