Luxury sheepskins are used to create our huge selection of gorgeous sheepskin rugssheepskin beanbagssheepskin cushions & seat padsluxury sheepskin pet beds, and sheepskin throws. Many are exclusive to The Wool Company and of the highest quality, tanned and made in England. Our specifications are probably the highest in the UK; we operate a rigorous quality control system in which each sheepskin undergoes two additional separate hand selection processes to ensure only the very best soft, silky fleeces are brought to you.

Sheepskins have an almost magical ability to give immediate relief from aches and pains. You can use them as rugs on the floor but also throw them over your sofa or chair for an instant uplift and "aah".

In our home, we all make a beeline for the sofa with the pure sheepskin ... if the dogs don't get there first.

Made from perfect whole sheepskins (rather than pieces) and, as well as being easy to care for, they will last for years, retaining their luxurious volume and lustre. They are easier still to look after if you use our exclusive, eco-friendly longer handled sheepskin brush. These beautiful natural sustainable products make a perfect gift for a baby, child, or adult (or pet). They can be used on, in, or below your bed.

Our medical sheepskins are highly supportive and provide genuine relief when used in the bed but they also provide a wonderful bedside or hearth-side rug.

We have an extensive collection of natural creams and whites: see our collection of White Sheepskins, also many undyed sheepskins sporting their original natural markings of browns and greys: see our collection of Natural Undyed Sheepskins, and, with our vibrantly Dyed Sheepskin Rugs, you will find one to suit any interior.

Due to the excellent quality of the tanning process we use, the majority of our sheepskin rugs are machine-washable but you will be surprised how they won't need it. The natural structure of the wool fibres shirks dirt (unlike cotton or man-made fibres) and you can easily keep them clean and gorgeous with an occasional shake and brushing. You can see here how to care for your sheepskin rugs.

These are all-natural, low carbon, petrochemical, and micro-plastic-free, sustainable products that, with minimal care, will look and feel fabulous for years.
